Seth is originally from Edinburg, PA. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and later earned a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. He served 12 years as a submarine officer on active duty and continues his service today as a Commander in the Navy Reserve. In his civilian career, Seth has worked at Blue Origin on the New Shepard program and at TerraPower on the Natrium project. He and his family purchased a part-time home in Coyle in 2022, where he now serves on the board of the Coyle Community Club. Seth has patrolled at Crystal Mountain for six years, holds his Outdoor Emergency Care certification through the National Ski Patrol and teaches OEC to incoming candidates.
