Marcia Kelbon is an experienced engineer, attorney, and businesswoman. She has been a property owner in Quilcene since 1999 and resided full-time in Quilcene since 2020. Much of Marcia’s extended family lives here as well, and she actively participates in service groups in Quilcene and surrounding communities. Marcia was appointed as a Fire Commissioner June 6, 2022 (following the death of Commissioner Herb Beck) and subsequently won election in 2023. Marcia uses her business and legal background and her love of the area to assist the talented staff and volunteers at Quilcene Fire Rescue in keeping this a safe community.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Quilcene Fire Rescue
