67 Herbert Street The Crew Quarters, located across the street from Station 21, provides living accomodations for the duty crew while they are on shift at the station. The house was part of the US Forest Service Quilcene Ranger Station "Lower Compound" and was built as a Supervisor Residence (building 1042) in 1969. The house includes three private bedrooms, a shared bath, and a common kitchen, dining, and living room. The former attached garage has been converted into a physical fitness training room.
In 2022-2023 the District had the bathroom and kitchen remodeled to provide a better living experience for the duty crew.
